Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items purchased directly from eidonswimwear.com. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition. This means they must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from any scents, odors, or stains (including deodorant, perfume, lotion, or sunscreen)
- Free from rips, tears, or snags
- Attached with all original hang tags
- Returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that do not meet these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or use and will send the items back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest quality for all our customers, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

Clearance Items: All items purchased from our clearance or final sale sections are non-refundable.
