Good times are on the way! Once you complete your purchase, check your inbox for your confirmation email and unique order number. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number in a second email.

Sit tight, the wait will be over before you know it! Transit times will vary depending on your chosen shipping option and destination. Once you have your tracking number, you will be provided with a delivery date estimation.

For all North American orders with free shipping, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received your shipment after this period, please contact us through our website for assistance.

For all international orders with free shipping, delivery can take up to 30 days. If you have not received your shipment after this period, please contact us through our website for assistance.

Remember – we have no control over your order once it is shipped. Weather conditions, parcel weight, and the shipping destination may influence how long it takes for you to receive your order. We’re always here to address any issues or concerns – please be patient with us while we help you!

RETURNS

Customers who have purchased items from our website may return items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund. Please note that we do not cover shipping and handling fees for the return, and we do not reimburse the original shipping fees.

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Without scent or odors
  • Without rips and tears
  • Attached with tags
  • In their original packaging

If the products do not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to process your refund.

Once your items have been returned to their rightful home (Eidon Swimwear HQ), we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for purchase. The refund may take 10-14 days to appear on your bank account statement, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away!

You will be refunded the full price of the returned product, but not the original shipping and handling fees.
